Trade & Transaction Reporting Associate (Contract)

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (2 - 3 days in office)

Rate: A highly competitive PAYE day rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Overview

As a Trade & Transaction Reporting Associate, you will play a critical role in managing daily status checks, collating Management Information (MI), and preparing data for various governance forums. Your contributions will support the creation and maintenance of control frameworks to meet regulatory requirements, making a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily status checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of trade and transaction reporting.
2. Collate, analyse, and prepare MI and data for control reports.
3. Prepare and present MI at weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance forums.
4. Assist in developing and maintaining control frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Identify and help resolve issues related to trade and transaction reporting.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
7. Utilise tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and PowerBI to analyse data and create impactful reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and PowerBI.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
5. Experience in trade and transaction reporting or a related field is preferred.
6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
