An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Trade Sales Coordinator to join a busy well-established team in an expanding and well-respected business in East Anglia. You will be based at their office in Newmarket as part of their local team.

Working as part of this close-knit team in a very busy and fast-paced environment within the construction industry, you will be helping their clients day to day, supporting them with their needs, providing quotations, and recording information on their internal systems. Not only do you get to work with people but you also get involved in planning and organising the products to be ready for their clients.

As the Trade Sales Coordinator, you will be:

1. Helping to deal with incoming enquiries via telephone, email & face-to-face enquiries.
2. Liaising with the workshop to ensure products are ready for clients.
3. Helping to co-ordinate Drivers to deliver and collect equipment from customers.
4. Learning how to maximise sales opportunities at every opportunity.
5. Providing administration support and capturing vital information.

As the Trade Sales Coordinator, you will have:

1. Good administration skills and enjoy interaction with people on a day-to-day basis.
2. Good organisational skills.
3. Good attention to detail and confidence in speaking with customers.
4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
