As a member of the Trade Mark team, your role as a Renewals Administrator will require you to maintain a high level of precision and the ability to meet a range of strict deadlines on a daily basis. You will also play an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Trade Mark department.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the renewal process for Trade Mark and Design registrations globally.
  • Managing the Trade Marks inbox, handling emails, and responding to international inquiries as needed.
  • Providing general assistance to the broader paralegal team, solicitors, and trade mark attorneys.
  • Preparing cost estimates for Trade Mark and Design renewals worldwide.
  • Supporting monthly billing processes and addressing any related billing enquiries.

It is essential you hold previous Trade Mark Renewals or experience within a Trade Mark department and knowledge of Trade Mark and Design registration process would be an advantage!
