IP Support, Trade Mark Paralegal Coordinator

IP Support are working exclusively on a brand new senior trade mark paralegal vacancy with a leading IP law firm.

This role will coordinate the work of a busy trade mark attorney and paralegal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience, hold the CITMA Paralegal Certificate, and be able to demonstrate experience working in a high-performing and demanding role.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the activities of the trade mark attorney and paralegal team.
2. Provide high-quality support in managing trade mark portfolios.
3. Assist in the preparation and filing of trade mark applications.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. CITMA Paralegal Certificate.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
