Job Description

• Manage and maintain the Trade Mark portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Liaise with clients and external parties on Trade Mark matters.
• Conduct Trade Mark searches and report findings to the team.
• Assist with the preparation of documents for Trade Mark applications and oppositions.
• Coordinate with international associates on global Trade Mark matters.
• Contribute to the development of the department's Trade Mark strategy.
• Keep abreast of changes in Trade Mark law and communicate these to the team.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional client service at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Mark Paralegal should have:

• A degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal
• Exceptional knowledge of Trade Mark law and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
