Contract: Trade Floor Voice Engineer
Location: On-site in London (5 days a week)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)

Global IT Systems Integrator requires an experienced Voice Engineer with solid Trade Floor experience for a 6-month contract on site at a Tier 1 Bank in London. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive engineer with a strong background in trader voice technologies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and maintenance for voice systems on a busy trade floor
2. Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless voice operations
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple platforms and technologies

Required Experience:

1. Proven background as a Voice Engineer in a Trade Floor environment
2. Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in a fast-paced financial setting
3. Well-rounded experience across multiple systems - not siloed to one platform
4. Strong knowledge of:
1. Networking fundamentals
2. Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
3. Private Lines
4. IPC
5. General Trader Voice technologies
6. Trading Turrets/Dealer board
