Trade & Credit Manager

Our client is seeking the right person to undertake this exciting role, which includes:

1. Authorising and investigating all transactions to KPIs;
2. Collecting and analysing required information from customers and businesses;
3. Reviewing processes that could be automated or enhanced to improve the customer and business experience;
4. Responding to queries from customers;
5. Meeting team targets;
6. Developing strong client relationships.

The successful candidate must have:

• Customer service experience and customer and industry knowledge;
• Good organisational and communication skills;
• Able to work to deadlines;
• Minimum CISI Investment Advice Diploma/other Level 4 qualification, including securities/derivatives module;
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships;
• Awareness of changes in trends and policies.

Trading knowledge is not essential, as training will be provided in the role, but knowledge of Excel and processing information would be beneficial.

Must hold Entitled/Entitled to Work status in Jersey.
