Full-time tractor driver/general farm worker for a mixed beef, sheep, & arable farm in Axminster, Devon.

We are looking for someone to take on the majority of the main tractor duties including ploughing, drilling, hedge-trimming, fertilising, and spraying. 360 experience would be an advantage, but you will be given the opportunity to learn if not. Experience of maintaining machinery is useful.

TMR feeding of beef finishing cattle with a Keenan In-Touch system is required.

An interest in livestock is essential.

We are looking for an honest and responsible person who can work alone as well as part of a team and can take initiative on tasks.

The farm is part of the AHDB Challenge sheep project using eid along with modern technologies. We are looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and gadget literate individual to help drive the progression of the farm forward.

Salary is dependent on experience and to be discussed.
