Additional information:

This is a permanent, full-time position.
Monday to Friday with weekend availability as required.
Offering 40 - 60 hours per week.

The Job Role Details:

As Tractor Driver, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all agricultural tasks. This is a varied role that will require you to work with a range of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating tractors and agricultural machinery for fieldwork, including ploughing, planting, spraying, and harvesting.
2. Assisting with the movement and transportation of materials, fresh produce, and equipment around the farm.
3. Carrying out general farm duties such as hedge cutting, rolling, and fertilising.
4. Working alongside farm managers and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day farm operations.
5. Adhering to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:

1. Experience in the agricultural, farming or fresh produce sectors.
2. Proven experience operating tractors and other agricultural machinery.
3. A full UK driving license (A telehandler or PA1/PA2 certification would be advantageous but not essential).
4. Flexibility to work longer hours during peak seasons (harvest time, planting, etc.).
5. A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
6. Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.
