  • Are you an experienced Tractor Driver looking for a rewarding role in agriculture?

Location of the Job: Devon - South West of England.

Salary and Benefits Package:

  • Competitive hourly rate per hour, depending on experience.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday with weekend availability as required.
  • Offering 40 - 60 hours per week.

The Job Role Details:

As Tractor Driver, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our farm, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all agricultural tasks. This is a varied role that will require you to work with a range of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating tractors and agricultural machinery for fieldwork, including ploughing, planting, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Assisting with the movement and transportation of materials, fresh produce, and equipment around the farm.
  • Carrying out general farm duties such as hedge cutting, rolling, and fertilising.
  • Working alongside farm managers and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day farm operations.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in the agricultural, farming or fresh produce sectors.
  • Proven experience operating tractors and other agricultural machinery.
  • A full UK driving license (A telehandler or PA1/PA2 certification would be advantageous but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work longer hours during peak seasons (harvest time, planting, etc.)
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.
