Bonus: £4,000 - £5,000 (5% of fees earned after achieving certain targets)
Leave: 25 days annual leave + Christmas & New Year shutdown (additional 3 days)
About Us: Our client is an established planning consultancy based in Leeds with offices in Manchester, London, and Liverpool. They provide expert planning services across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, and strategic land development. Their team in Leeds consists of 8 dedicated professionals, and they are looking to expand to 10 members to accommodate the growing workload.
Job Description: They are seeking a motivated Town Planner and a Senior Town Planner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidates will work on a diverse range of projects, from commercial developments with clients like Henry Boot Developments and CEG, to electrical vehicle infrastructure for companies such as Gridserve and BP Pulse, and industrial projects with Jewson and Travis Perkins. Additionally, you will handle residential work with developers such as Gleeson Homes, Strata Homes, Miller Homes, and Bellway, along with smaller scale projects like green belt developments, barn conversions, and heritage work.
