About the Role:

• Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and Local Plan representations.
• Provide expert planning advice to clients and project teams.
• Conduct site appraisals and feasibility assessments.
• Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and external consultants.
• Assist in shaping the strategy for significant developments.

About You:

• RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
• Experience in a similar role within consultancy or local authority.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
• Passion for delivering high-quality projects and meeting client expectations.
