The Role:

As a Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering expert planning advice on a range of projects, with a particular focus on residential and energy developments. You will provide clients with strategic planning solutions, manage applications, and contribute to the success of complex development projects across Scotland.

What They're Looking For:

1. Chartered (MRTPI) or actively working towards chartership
2. Experience in a planning consultancy environment
3. Strong understanding of the residential sector (energy experience a plus)
4. Knowledge of local and national planning policies
5. Excellent communication and project management skills
