Location: Warrington
Salary: between £30,000 - £37,000 p/a

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with ecologists, hydrologists, and other planning professionals to deliver creative and sustainable solutions for a diverse range of projects. From crafting visionary plans to navigating complex regulatory landscapes, your expertise will make a tangible difference in shaping communities and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and assessments.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide strategic advice on planning policy and legislation.
• Contribute to the team's growth through business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: A degree in Town Planning or a related field and membership (or eligibility for membership) of the RTPI.
• Experience: Proven track record in planning consultancy or a similar role, with experience in one or more of our core project areas.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Passion: A commitment to sustainability and a desire to deliver innovative solutions.
