Day-to-Day Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Support planning applications across a range of sectors.
  2. Carry out research and policy analysis to inform planning strategies.
  3. Provide advice on planning regulations and local authority guidelines.
  4. Work closely with clients, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Assist on complex and high-profile projects.
  6. Contribute to planning reports and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
  2. MRTPI or working toward chartership.
  3. Previous Planning experience either public or private sector.
  4. Knowledge of UK planning laws, policies, and procedures.
