Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and astute Town Planner to join a leading Planning and Architecture practice in Camden, London!

My client is an integrated Architecture and Planning practice that offers the full-service, providing guidance and bespoke solutions on project feasibility, planning applications, appeals, enforcement, and more. The majority of clients are in property investment, development, management, and leisure companies as well as educational institutions.

The team works on a range of exciting projects across London and the Southeast including minor and major new build residential developments, community and leisure schemes, complex refurbishments & conversions as well as extensions to existing commercial and residential properties.

Due to an ever-growing pipeline of exciting projects, they are now looking to expand the team with the addition of an ambitious Town Planner. The current team is made up of 25 talented and dynamic Planning and Architecture professionals, and the company culture is youthful, forward-thinking, and ambitious!

Candidate Requirements

1. RTPI accredited degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience in a Town Planner role, either public or private sector.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work from own initiative as well as part of a team.
5. Open-minded, forward-thinking, and enthusiastic.
