Are you a Town Planner looking to work in a close-knit, specialist consultancy with a focus on rural and residential projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but well-established planning consultancy in Oxfordshire, working on a variety of countryside developments, including barn conversions, rural housing schemes, and estate developments.

About You:

1. Experience in town planning, ideally with a focus on rural or residential projects
2. MRTPI-qualified or working towards accreditation
3. Strong understanding of UK planning policy, particularly in rural settings
4. Excellent communication and report-writing skills
5. Ability to work independently and liaise with clients and local authorities

The Role:

As a Town Planner, you will provide expert planning advice, prepare and submit planning applications, and engage with stakeholders to deliver successful rural developments.
