The Role as a Town Planner:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Planner to join our Cardiff team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, focusing on strategic planning, development management, and project coordination across a diverse portfolio of private and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:

• Assist in the delivery of strategic planning and development management projects.
• Coordinate planning projects across a variety of sectors.
• Engage in client-facing activities, fostering relationships, and supporting project delivery.

Requirements as a Town Planner:

• Fully accredited RTPI qualifications and working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
• Post-graduate planning experience.
• Experience in residential and mixed-use developments.
