Job Description

  1. Responsible for providing tourism product consultation and sales services to customers, handling customer reservations and after-sales services, and improving customer satisfaction.
  2. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure resource supply and service quality.
  3. Manage sales personnel, maintain customer relationships, and be responsible for sales performance results.
  4. Participate in market research and analysis, provide recommendations on tourism products and market strategies.

Position Requirement

  1. College degree or above, major in tourism management, hotel management, marketing or related fields is preferred.
  2. Fluent in both Chinese and English reading, writing, and speaking, proficient in using office software.
  3. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the tourism industry, familiar with the global tourism market, and possessing excellent communication and sales skills.
  4. Excellent customer service awareness and problem-solving skills, with good team management and data analysis abilities.
