Job Description
  1. Sales Support: Assist in maintaining customer information, preparing sales contracts and related documents, and promptly following up on orders.
  2. Customer Service: Quickly answer customer inquiries and provide professional advice; Handle customer complaints and ensure problem resolution.
  3. Market Promotion: Collect market information and competitor dynamics, assist in planning and executing market promotion activities.
  4. Other Support: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Position Requirement
  1. Education: College degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English reading, writing, and speaking.
  2. Experience: More than 1 year of relevant work experience in the tourism industry or sales assistant. Excellent graduates may also have relaxed requirements.
  3. Skills: Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, proficient in using office software, skilled in data analysis and summarization.
  4. Characteristics: Passionate about the tourism industry, willing to develop in the long term, meticulous, patient, proactive, service-oriented, capable of learning and coping with pressure.
