Total Rewards Manager – Rewards and Benefits

Location: Middlesex – Colnbrook
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Salary: £90,000 – £95,000 plus 35% bonus
Benefits: Exceptional

Are you an expert with a passion for shaping reward and benefits strategies? We’re looking for a Rewards and Benefits Manager to lead the development of competitive compensation structures, job architecture, and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Workday Advanced Compensation processes and ensure best practices. (Workday experience would be beneficial but not essential)
  2. Develop and maintain job architecture, grading structures, and salary benchmarking.
  3. Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring market alignment.
  4. Conduct market research and benchmarking to optimize total rewards offerings.
  5. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to enhance employee experience.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Experience in salary benchmarking and job evaluation, with experience in job architecture and frameworks being essential.
  2. Strong background in reward strategy, benefits administration, and pensions management.
  3. Analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
