This mixed compliance and advisory role involves overseeing a varied portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, non-domiciled clients, sole traders, partnerships, and offshore trusts. You will take ownership of complex tax matters, provide expert advisory services, and contribute to the firm’s business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, non-doms, sole traders, partnerships, and offshore trusts.
2. Support partners on complex advisory work such as IHT planning, residence, pre-arrival planning, and offshore structuring.
3. Attend client meetings, prepare detailed reports, liaise directly with clients on tax matters, and oversee the preparation and review of tax returns.
4. Manage HMRC enquiries and disclosures.
5. Mentor junior staff.
6. Contribute to business development through networking and thought leadership.

Experience in managing and mentoring staff, along with commercial awareness, will be highly valued.
