Position Overview

Do you have the skills to craft precision tooling and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Toolmaker to join the dynamic team and contribute to the creation of high-quality injection mould tooling!

The group brings solutions to our customers. We are experts in tooling, ceramic cores, wax injection & assembly, and machining. This role is at an international business, located in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manufacture high-quality tooling using manual machines and hand tools
  2. Work to tight tolerances, ensuring the highest precision standards
  3. Assemble, fit, and polish tooling and dies
  4. Check tooling with CMM to ensure compliance with required tolerances
  5. Interpret engineering drawings and work independently
  6. Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
  7. Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices

What We're Looking For:

  1. Fully skilled, time-served toolmaker
  2. Experienced with manual milling machines, grinders, and lathes
  3. Proven ability to work with all materials and meet tight tolerances
  4. Strong time management and communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
  6. A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
