Toolmaker

My client based in Worcester is looking to recruit a Toolmaker on a Permanent basis as the business continues to grow.

The main responsibilities associated with the role include:

1. Using milling machines, grinders and lathe
2. Work to Engineering drawings
3. Build/fit/assemble/polish tooling and dies using hand tools and equipment
4. Use CMM to check tooling, jigs and fixtures within tolerance
5. Work in a responsible manner in terms of Health and Safety

As a suitable candidate, you will offer the following:

1. Skilled, time-served toolmaker
2. Trained in the use of all toolroom machinery and hand tools
3. Experience working with tight tolerances with all materials
4. Ability to read engineering drawings
5. Ability to use a wide range of measuring equipment
6. Ability to get on with people at all levels
7. Excellent communication skills

The hours for this role are Mon-Fri (Apply online only) and the salary is up to £40,000.
