Job Description

TMT Investment Banking - Associate

• As part of a wider transaction/client team, the Associate will be instrumental in creating marketing materials, developing models, and performing general analysis, all under the guidance of a senior banker.
• Carry out, and where applicable, oversee pitch and valuation tasks performed by junior team members.
• Assist senior team members in executing transactions, including structuring deals, managing processes, and driving the execution of deals.
• Take responsibility for financial analysis, cash flow modeling, business valuations, and/or credit analysis, distribution, and syndication (as applicable) in marketing and transaction execution activities.
• Serve as a mentor for Analysts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work.
• Professionally represent the bank at site visits, management presentations, and client meetings, and begin establishing relationships with market counterparts and peers.
• Stay informed about client and market activities and relevant debt and equity products.

The Successful Applicant

Essential:
3-6 years of M&A experience.
Some specific experience and knowledge in the TMT sector.
Ideally an existing Associate 2 or Associate 3 - need to be able to hit the ground running and in front of clients from day 1.

Desirable:
Proficiency in an additional European language.
