Who You Are:

The Time & Labor Specialist will serve as a technical resource for internal departments, clients, and work-site employees for the time and labor platforms. You will be assisting clients with Time & Labor questions/issues. You will also be responsible for successfully managing the implementation of clients into the time and labor platform.

What You'll Do:
  • Monitor and improve data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues regarding Time and Labor platforms for clients.
  • Maintain knowledge and skill base related to the Time and Labor product and integrated systems, to maintain capabilities at the highest possible level.
  • Serve as internal resource for Time and Labor implementation specialist.
  • Work closely with internal departments to troubleshoot payroll and leave accrual issues.
  • Quality assurance on fixes and upgrades within Time and Labor core platform.
  • Escalate issues to Manager.
  • Conduct maintenance requests of time and labor imports, reports, and correspondence.
What You Bring:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or Benefits Systems, focusing in Time and Attendance.
  • Experience using HRIS Systems such as TimeClock Plus, TimeCo, NovaTima, or ADP systems a plus.
  • Technology background/help desk experience a plus.
  • Experience in fast paced environment.
