The Strategy & Analytics team for Global Commerce plays a core role in analyzing industry trends, setting business targets and reviewing business performance in the UK and Europe. This team is responsible for both quarterly/yearly and long term targets. It is a highly cross-functional team, with exposure to a multitude of business teams and stakeholders. As a member of this team, you will be focusing on key metrics as well as deep-drives and overall analysis of TikTok Shop EMEA.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience.
- Extensive experience in at least one major analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Python.
- Proven ability to conduct in-depth analysis to create detailed insights, set targets and track business performance on a regular basis.
- Leading and coaching teams in projects related to e-commerce, commercial and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, excellent logical thinking ability with a sensitivity to data and ability to quickly adapt to business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within e-commerce, social commerce or CPG industries.
- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate ambiguous work environments with high degrees of judgement and critical thinking.
