Responsibilities

1. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics solution team. Together we can build a logistics platform that is an essential part of an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.
2. Responsible for EU logistics solution design that incorporates both operating procedures and system functions that serve EU logistics businesses and operations expansion and improvement.
3. Facilitate EU logistics new services realisation, which includes market research, gather requirements, create BRD and design solutions, communicate with product & tech teams to realise the service and apply to the market.
4. Collaborate with cross-function teams including but not limited to logistic operation, account management, governance & regulations, user growth, data analysis and other related teams to design, implement and promote the logistic service in e-commerce environment.
5. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of e-commerce fulfilment business models and solutions in the EU region, propose improvement initiatives.
6. Continue to drive service upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the EU market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core logistics capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of logistics solution design experience in the e-commerce fulfilment or logistics industry. Cross-region and cross-culture work experience is preferred.
- Have a good understanding of e-commerce fulfilment, supply chain, domestic logistics, cross-EU logistics, and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred.
- With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and system project management skills.
- Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professionally fluent in local languages (i.e. German, French, Italian)
- Experience of operations on EU carriers
- Logistics related product operation experience
