Role: Full-Time Content Creator

We’re looking for a content powerhouse who understands storytelling, audience growth, and engagement. Your work will be seen by thousands of job seekers every day, and you’ll play a key role in helping them land their dream roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Short-Form Content Creation – Create viral TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive awareness and engagement.
2. Long-Form Content Production – Plan and create YouTube videos.
3. Content Strategy & Trends – Stay ahead of trending topics in tech careers, job search strategies, and tech sales.
4. Community Engagement – Interact with our audience, respond to comments, and build relationships through content.
5. Repurposing Content – Turn one piece of content into multiple formats across different platforms.
6. Analytics & Growth – Track content performance, optimize based on data, and scale our reach.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience creating engaging content (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Instagram). A MUST
2. Strong storytelling & video editing skills – You know how to grab attention and keep people watching.
3. A deep understanding of social media growth strategies – You know how to go viral.
4. Excellent writing & communication skills – Ability to craft compelling captions, scripts, and posts.
5. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset – You take initiative, experiment, and optimize.
6. Passion for career growth, tech, or sales – You genuinely care about helping others succeed.

Interview Process:

1. Stage 1: Screening Call – Chat with our Head of Content about your experience & vision.
2. Stage 2: Content Challenge – Show us your skills with a short test (e.g., creating a TikTok video).
3. Stage 3: Interview with Head of Sales – Discuss growth strategies and your role in scaling our brand.
4. Stage 4: Final Team Interview – Meet the team and ensure cultural fit.
