TIG Welder (Stainless Steel)
Sandwich, Kent
£16.48 per hour 40-hour week - 07:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday
07:00-13:00 Friday + Overtime at time and a half or double time
Permanent, Full Time

A well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Sandwich, Kent is currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join its skilled team. The successful candidate will be working within a modern 50,000 sq ft facility, offering in-house design, manufacturing, and assembly services. The company is committed to delivering high-quality solutions at competitive prices and exceeding customer expectations on every project.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in TIG welding (Stainless Steel)
2. Skilled in metal polishing to a high standard

Desirable Experience

1. Operation of press brake and saw machinery
2. Experience with site work and installations

Working Hours

1. Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
2. Friday: 07:00 – 13:00

Pay and Benefits

1. Hourly rate up to £16.48 (dependent on experience)
2. Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate
3. Sunday paid at 2x rate (if Saturday worked)
4. 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
