Job Title: Tig Welder

Location: Walsall / Bilston

Pay Rate: £14.00 - £17.50 per hour

Working Hours: Days / Double Days available

We're on the lookout for experienced Aluminium TIG Welders to join a fast-growing sheet metal fabrication company. If you take pride in producing high-quality welds and want to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop, this is the opportunity for you!

The sites are located in Walsall and Bilston, offering a variety of shifts ranging from a morning and afternoon rotation to a standard day shift.

Due to continued expansion, they need talented TIG Welders to help meet growing demand.

Brief Description of Job Duties:

1. Overhead Crane Operating.
2. Perform high-quality TIG Welding on aluminium components.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
4. Work to tight tolerances and ensure a superior finish.
5. Inspect welds for quality, carrying out reworks where necessary.
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in Aluminium TIG welding.
2. Ability to read engineering drawings and work to fine tolerances.
3. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
4. A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Experience in fabrication and working with sheet metal.
