Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform TIG and MIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel to a high standard.
2. Carry out detailed fabrication work, ensuring all components meet stringent quality requirements.
3. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
4. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve fabrication processes.
6. Ensure timely completion of projects, working to tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator, specifically with TIG and MIG welding techniques.
2. Strong fabrication skills with a focus on thin gauge stainless steel.
3. Ability to work to very high standards, producing precise and aesthetically pleasing welds.
4. Competence in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
