Job description

We are seeking a Therapeutic Practitioner with an extraordinary skill set and extensive experience of working with children, young people and their families who have complex requirements of health services. If you do have the training, skills, experience and aptitude needed by this population, do you also have the resolve and commitment required for Multi-Professional working? We need you to build on your skills, deliver excellent care, take responsibility for case management, lead and manage others, teach, train, evaluate and learn.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead holistic multi-professional assessments, that build therapeutic relationships and enable effective formulation and care planning.
  2. Communicate complex case material succinctly in written and verbal formats.
  3. Deliver group, individual and family psychotherapeutic interventions.
  4. Manage, appraise and develop staff.
  5. Contribute to quality improvement, audit and research.
  6. Share responsibility for effective and satisfying team functioning.
  7. Involve and safeguard children, young people and adults.
