The salary for this permanent Scrub Theatre Practitioner job is £36,000 to £38,000 per annum.

Your role:

As the Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you'll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre provision and team. From conducting clinical audits and overseeing stock management to investigating incidents and providing clinical guidance, each day will bring something new. You'll also play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of six, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

2. Orthopaedic or Cardiac Scrub experience is essential.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills are key to continue our high standards of patient care.
4. Able to work across a multi-Disciplinary team.
