Are you looking for an administrative role that makes a real difference to the smooth running of our Theatre Department? Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic and dedicated administrator to join our exceptional team!
As the Theatre Admin Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the recording and updating of the theatre timetable for all Surgical Specialties. You will work alongside the Theatre Service Manager and Theatre Leads to support the efficient planning of our resources and be the central point of contact for all theatre related communications.
Interviews are scheduled be held w/c 5th May 2025.
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the Theatre Operations Room working collaboratively across the Divisions within the hospital.
Ensure that standard operational procedures for the room are followed and that the room provides a 6 - 4 -2 lockdown of our theatre assets.
Co-ordinate the management of the theatre timetable including any stand down / re-provision requests of lists across the speciality's that utilise theatres and effectively communicate any agreed changes to key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Theatre Service Manager with preparation of the agenda, action log and theatre timetable checks in advance of the weekly scheduling review meeting.
Support effective communication systems to ensure early notification of theatre asset problems i.e X-ray, Laser and Loan Kit.
