team as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of The Level
our exclusive luxury experience. You’ll ensure every guest enjoys 5-star
service, from arrival to departure.

Salary at £27,583.40 plus Service charge

Mission: To provide
a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to every guest, ensuring their
journey from check-in to check-out is seamless, memorable, and reflective of a
five-star experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Deliver
    a personalized 5-star experience to every guest, ensuring unmatched attention
    to detail from arrival to departure.
  2. Deliver
    a warm, personalized welcome and create memorable guest experiences.
  3. Manage
    check-in and check-out efficiently using Opera and PDQ systems.
  4. Promote
    hotel services and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  5. Handle
    guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care.
  6. Maintain
    high grooming standards and represent the brand with elegance.
  7. Support
    loyalty programs and encourage guest engagement with Melia Rewards.
  8. Ensure
    data privacy, safety, and compliance with all hotel protocols.
  9. Be
    flexible and proactive, contributing to a seamless team operation.

    confident, polished communicator with a passion for luxury service.

    operational knowledge of Opera, PDQ terminals, and front desk processes.
  3. A team
