Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and driven Test Analyst to join an expanding and dynamic Test Practice. You'll be hands-on in delivering high-quality testing solutions while also mentoring and leading junior testers across multiple secure programmes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering structured test plans, test scripts, and test cases for infrastructure and application projects

• Taking accountability for team deliverables on small to medium-scale projects

• Supporting and potentially leading a team of testers

• Gathering and managing test metrics, progress reports, and defect logs

• Executing both manual and automated testing in technical testing specialisms

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and test coverage

• Coordinating test environments, tooling, data, and resources

• Logging and investigating defects, ensuring clear reporting and escalation where needed

• Using tools such as SOAP UI, XML, JIRA, and Jenkins

Key Skills & Experience:

• Deep understanding of Software Development and Testing Lifecycles

• Hands-on testing experience across Infrastructure and Applications

• Experience with Agile, V-Model, and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong skills in test case design and test data identification

• Able to execute, document, and report on complex test cases

• Proficient in defect management, triage, and reporting

• Experience leading test deliverables and producing high-quality documentation

• Strong stakeholder communication and team coordination

• Proficiency with testing tools: SOAP UI, XML, JIRA, Jenkins
