Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale Windows 11 and Office 365 transformation across their EMEA regions (5,500 employees). This is a pivotal role within the programme, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive the test strategy and planning for the programme.
Manage testing of applications and end-user computing (EUC) solutions to ensure compatibility with Windows 11 and Office 365.
Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and application owners to assess compatibility, manage risks, and coordinate testing activities.
Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure efficient communication and collaboration with the development and project teams to facilitate a smooth testing phase.
Provide comprehensive reporting and stakeholder management to ensure business continuity across multiple locations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Test Manager leading large-scale IT transformation projects, ideally across EMEA.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, EUC applications, and infrastructure testing.
Demonstrated ability to manage testing across multiple regions, business units, and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT facilitation.
Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-national environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Experience with test automation tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and other low-code solutions within the O365 ecosystem.
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other IT service management frameworks.
Understanding of risk and compliance requirements related to IT transformations.
