Challenge-trg Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a well-established company in Haydock, WA3 3JD. We are looking for confident Test, Clean and Pack Operative. Your pay rate as a Test, Clean and Pack Operative will be £11.80 per hour

Working hours as a Test Clean and Pack: Monday to Friday 06:30am until 15:30pm

Responsibilities as a Test, Clean and Pack Operative:

• You will be reporting to the Team Leader
• Be responsible for the test, cleaning and packing and ensuring they meet the customers' criteria.
• Be capable of testing any product covered by a local work instruction.
• Clean all items in a timely manner ensuring all accessories and instructions are present to work instructions and grading criteria.
• Carry out a final inspection of each product to ensure that it meets customer requirements.
• Ensure that all relevant labels are attached to each unit and box and palletised correctly and safely.
• Achieve the set targets in all areas of work e.g. turnaround, productivity KPI's and customer expectations.
• Maintain the accessories' location in a clean and structured manner to assist all clean and packers.
• Any SMS/BMS updates must be read, and any issues raised to your Team Leader or the IT/Quality Manager.
• Be familiar with and work to all ServiceTech's operational procedures as per ISO 9001.
• Be aware of and work to all health and safety procedures and highlight any issues.
• Any other reasonable tasks as requested by a Team Leader or Manager.

Skills & Experience Required as a Test, Clean and Pack Operative:

• The role does include the use of a PC and internal systems, so some computer literacy is required.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English to a good standard.
• Ability to work to targets.
