Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven management skills with a focus on performance optimisation and team development.
3. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
4. Ability to thrive under pressure with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
5. A strong change agent who can lead and drive process improvements.
6. Skilled in conflict management and business negotiation.
