Territory Sales Manager – 5 days on the road

£40,000 to £45,000 per annum + £20k OTE

This is a great opportunity to join a company that prides itself on delivering a luxury brand, available throughout the world, supplying luxury Towels, Robes, Spa Linen & Footwear into the 5* Hotels & Spas.
As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales with existing accounts as well as generating new business in the Southwest region. This is a growth role as the original territory was too large to manage and has now been split into two.
The original role will be on a replacement basis therefore there are 2 vacancies here covering the Southwest and Southeast each. One on a replacement basis and another as an additional.
You will have around 200 accounts to start off with, so this role will be 70% account management & 30% new business to start off with and once settled, the role will be a 50/50 split.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage circa 200 existing accounts within your territory and upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts, supported by Customer Services and Marketing team.
- Win new business by self-generating leads and attending meetings face-to-face.
- Strategically increase penetration in the 5-star hotel and related sectors in your region.
- Build a robust new business prospect list aligned to our business growth strategy.
- Actively convert and qualify prospects into realistic pipeline opportunities.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet the nuanced needs of our customers.
- Attend Trade Shows as & when required.
Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Any B2B sales experience selling a product or service into hospitality: Foodservice / Drinks / Catering equipment / Laundry & Linen service etc.
- Commercial awareness of what factors influence customer profitability.
- A highly driven, passionate individual with a clear focus on hitting targets.
