North UK

About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Northern Territory. You will promote and sell cutting-edge dental solutions to existing and new customers, playing a key role in delivering success.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  2. Drive profitable sales growth by building upon existing accounts and converting prospects.
  3. Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  4. Manage territory business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional activities.
  5. Collaborate closely with marketing and other sales team members to ensure success.
  6. Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and educational programs.
  7. Stay updated on the latest clinical research and scientific advancements in the dental industry.
  8. Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and optimize strategies.

About You:

  1. 3+ years of sales experience (dental or implant industry experience is a plus).
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  4. Ability to deliver complex information clearly and persuasively.
  5. A self-motivated, results-driven professional who can work independently and collaboratively.
  6. A full driving license with the flexibility to travel within the Northern UK Territory.
  7. A commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in every interaction.
