Job description

We have a great opportunity for a Territory Manager to join Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) division covering the Essex area (Papworth, Basildon, Norwich, North Middlesex).

What you'll do:

  1. Responsible for revenue generation and growing market share within the assigned accounts, for the full EP product range of disposables, software, and capital.
  2. Develop strong, professional relationships across the spectrum of personnel to identify needs and opportunities within assigned accounts, knowing customer habits.
  3. Play an integral role in generating and sustaining new business and be responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients in strategic target accounts.
  4. Deliver market-leading customer experience to allocated accounts.
  5. Create detailed and documented business/account plans that provide sustainable business growth year on year, leveraging all analytical tools to monitor sales performance.
  6. Support product introductions and implement marketing strategies, leveraging clinical data.

What you'll need:

  1. University degree or significant professional track record in sales.
  2. Prior experience within complex devices sales - with EP experience preferred.
  3. Strong commercial acumen, demonstrable through cross-divisional collaboration and results.
  4. Understanding of the health care reimbursement environment, to allow the delivery of value to the customer and develop strategic partnerships over the long term.
