Our client is a fast-growing yet well-known ophthalmic manufacturer in the UK. This company has made a series of astute acquisitions, significantly expanding their surgical portfolio.

With launch activity in the UK, they are interested in hearing from field sales professionals with a surgical ophthalmology background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strive to achieve and surpass the territory sales targets.
  • Effectively manage the sales process, ensuring that all key stakeholders are on board and supported.
  • Build the brand by understanding the needs and requirements of clinicians and administrators.
  • Promote the full portfolio, embracing a cross-selling culture utilizing your excellent knowledge of ophthalmic surgery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of surgical medical sales experience (essential).
  • Track record of new business development (essential).
  • Reside within the designated territory (essential).
  • Experience in ophthalmic sales (preferred).
  • Experience selling within hospitals in the designated geography (preferred).

The position covers South West of England and Wales. In return, the company is offering a great remuneration and benefits package.
