Tenancy Solutions Caseworker - South Region

Location/Base: Home and community based – (Northamptonshire & Leicestershire) with the ability to travel to emh offices and across the East Midlands as required.

Hours: 35 hours week

Salary: £35,292 - £39,213 per annum RFJ 7

As a Tenancy Solutions Caseworker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing tailored support and solutions to their tenancy-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of clients facing tenancy issues.
  2. Provide advice and support on tenancy rights and responsibilities.
  3. Develop action plans to help clients maintain their tenancies.
  4. Work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience in case management or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Understanding of housing law and tenancy issues.
