Temps Recruitment Consultant - Business Support

Basic c. £35k-45k

OTE c.£80k

Benefits include 3 days hybrid working, social events, annual company trip, 25 days holiday, Attractive commission

The Person

  • Temp 360 recruitment consultancy experience required for a busy City team focusing on Business Support recruitment.

  • Experience of building a Temp desk is key, preferably working in the Professional and Financial Services markets.

  • Ability to source and create a temps network of candidates for the business.

  • Passionate about recruitment with a focused mindset and drive to be successful.

  • You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy being part of a team.

  • Working with high calibre candidates across Business Support roles at all levels.

The Role

  • A hugely exciting new opportunity for an experienced 360 Temps Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding City team.

  • You will be working on a warm desk where you can utilize an active client base and PSL’s working with city postcodes across markets.

  • You will be required to build new clients through BD but will be well supported with ideas and strategies to grow out your markets.

  • Strong resourcing skills required to build up a temp pipeline of suitable candidates.

  • You will have the autonomy to plan and run your desk how you like with minimal kpi’s.

  • You will be part of a lovely team with a supportive manager, offering training and guidance.
