Temporary Team Assistant

£17 - £23 Per Hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)

Temporary Role – 2 Months Roughly (Could go temp to perm)

Hybrid – 4 days London office based, 1 day homebased

Start Date – 23rd April

This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a successful financial investments firm. Are you a proactive and ambitious Team Assistant looking for your next challenge? This is a brilliant opportunity to support a dynamic group of around six senior leaders (Directors and Heads of Department) as well as providing occasional reception cover. You’ll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced team where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Booking meetings and managing logistics (mainly domestic travel)
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Supporting on team projects and wider admin
  • Reception cover from time to time

About you:

  • Strong previous Team Assistant experience (not EA-level)
  • Confident, energetic and adaptable
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Domestic travel booking experience is a plus – global travel not required
