Temporary Team Assistant
£17 - £23 Per Hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)
Temporary Role – 2 Months Roughly (Could go temp to perm)
Hybrid – 4 days London office based, 1 day homebased
Start Date – 23rd April

This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a successful financial investments firm. Are you a proactive and ambitious Team Assistant looking for your next challenge? This is a brilliant opportunity to support a dynamic group of around six senior leaders (Directors and Heads of Department) as well as providing occasional reception cover. You’ll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced team where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Diary and inbox management
  2. Booking meetings and managing logistics (mainly domestic travel)
  3. Preparing documents and reports
  4. Supporting on team projects and wider admin
  5. Reception cover from time to time

About you:
  1. Strong previous Team Assistant experience (not EA-level)
  2. Confident, energetic and adaptable
  3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. Domestic travel booking experience is a plus – global travel not required
