WE NEED YOU TO:

1. Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
2. Support management in achieving all store and company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures
3. Protect the brands and ensure you meet our personal presentation standards
4. Maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
5. Be an expert in fashion and the latest trends
6. Have experience in Luxury Retail within a clienteling and customer service driven environment
7. Have a background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand
8. Be a customer service ambassador
9. Demonstrate proven ability to drive sales and team
10. Be immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion forward brand in every way
