Ryder Reid are recruiting for a Temporary Office Assistant for one of our top Law Firm clients to start ASAP with the possibility of going permanent!

The role will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 in their beautiful offices based near Liverpool Street, paying a competitive salary with a hybrid policy of being able to work 2 days from home!

You will be supporting across administration in the firm, so can expect the workload to be exciting and varied.

Duties will include:

  1. General administrative support to the office
  2. Providing direct administrative support to Trainee Solicitors
  3. Printing/Copying/Scanning/Faxing/Binding/Filing (hard copy and electronic)
  4. Distribution of mail, managing incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and hand deliveries
  5. Restaurant and taxi bookings
